Frank and I took the kids to the zoo today and met Kendall, Caleb and their mom Jyl there. Amelia and Kendall were in the same class this year and are great friends. Caleb and Elliott are only 6 weeks apart so it's a friendship in the making. This makes Frank very happy because he feels that Elliott hangs out with to many girls way to much.
The girls favorite part of the zoo was the butterfly house. We spent a lot of time in there waiting for the butterflies to land on us. I even got in on the fun but eventually had to drag them out of there, it was HOT!
The perfect ending to a perfect trip to the zoo is a train ride and a lollipop! We are thankful that we had such a nice day with family and friends.

Looks like fun; the kids want to go but I'm so mean..I'm like..it's HOTTTT. I'm such a whiner!
